It is really important that companies move their AGMs to different cities so that the executives and board members can meet with their shareholders

I'll list a few that don't: FMG, Wesfarmers, Woodside, South 32, Northern Star, Min Res, IGO, Pilbara Minerals, Monadelphous, NRW, Seven West, MACA, GRES, Macmahon.......

PS: Past SH who managed to get out well above the current SP but still got burnt by this train smash board who have destryed millions of dollar of SH funds.
