    Yes agree. I valued this stock at over $4 on a 10 p/e.
    There iis only one reason for the f. Up. Management.
    They have ballsed up every epa submission and even revised revised drafts. I mean, how bad is that.
    They have issued many Ann's that were wrong and dangerous. Etc etc.
    The product is sound. Only one thing moves an sp from circa 40c to circa 4.5c.
    Actually it's a shame the HC crazies that didn't give a second strike a few years ago. Needed to send management a message via their wallets.
