As I understand others have told you, this presentation was a PR trainwreck from an MD treating the shareholders like lifestyle financiers.
You did yourself no credibility favours by agreeing to host Bruce Maluish without him being held to account for his performance, and inflated salary.
The upcoming VRX AGM will undoubtedly be a bloodbath for the BoD.
