Even a snippet as to how he intends to keep the company liquid as long as possible would have been good. If by some miracle the EPA comes through - it will be a real test to see how quickly all of these amazing discussions hes having turn into executed agreements. I just don't see this guy having all the contracts in draft ready to go - bet you he enjoys a steak, red wine and then walks away from that meeting thinking deal done not understand the steps/actions that need to be tracked and followed through to actually deliver.
