    If ministerial signoff happens, hey great. The SP will recover a bit, and a CR will follow. But you're still stuck with this guy running the show, and it will just be the start of ordering the plant machinery, implementing the plan, and everything else. I just don't see Brucey doing any of that with any care and dilgence. I'm not sure he actually has any track record building successful plants. The shit show would just continue.
