good point.... unless this is in general a manuevre to shift a boatload of discounted shares to the underwriter who then moves it on to others in bulk and they keep the options and fees for themselves.
i don't know man, i am sure there are background discussions that are actually driving this and people have way more information that is available to average joe....... but the discount feels like the are just giving them away and regular joe who chipped in at 12c just got mauled.
