Woo hoo, a "generous" additional option with an exercise price at 18c that just needs the SP to rise from the CR price by an additional +157%, and higher, to put it in the money. This management are living in cloud cuckoo land if they see that as an incentive. What about setting a target of 100% compound annual growth of the SP, otherwise senior management and the board get the chop ? Even then, that would only mean we'd get back to 28c in two years time.
