I've finally decided to bite the bullet and seek information from the DCCEEW today. Not really holding out any hope of receiving any answers or actually achieving anything (unlike others here with their FOI request attempts), but it gives me some small sense of satisfaction to think that I've actually tried something in the hopes of providing some extremely gentle public pressure on the feds to complete their one simple task.
