Absolutely. Couldn't agree more. If there is one thing Bruce is guilty of throughout this whole debacle, it's of gambling on the EPA process being sorted much sooner than it would, and spending shareholder-raised funds accordingly. He got it wrong, and deserves to be held accountable at the next AGM, unless we've actually received EPA signoff by then.
