    Death by Cannacord. What's the point of having them as an underwriter if they just choose not to withhold their obligation to underwrite at the proposed price.

    Watch as uptake falls short again and Cannacord come back and say they will only underwrite at 20% discount to 5.5.

    Well and truly into the death spiral.
