Who wants to get their tin hat on and talk about an insto crashing the share price to land us here? Regardless, I agree that Bruce better have a tight plan to thread the needle on this or we will be in further CRs before you know it. I don't get a lot of confidence from the breakdown of costs - I am hoping these aren't needed for us to reply to the EPA.
