When there are any...if they had any ready to go it would be negligent to do this CR before announcing them , wouldn't it?
Though they are certainly progressing with things with confidence they'll get some....
All in all - not too bad dilution wise. Might have hit up current holders for half of it for stickier hands as someone noted...
