Slightly unrelated, but speaking of strange share allocations and LIT. Reminds me of when they demerged BEM and didn't give any of the existing LIT holders a stake in the new company. But somehow AG got 2 million shares as part of the deal (which where listed in the BEM T20 list at IPO, but was never disclosed how he got them).
The way they treated LTH in the BEM demerger was disgraceful, but when I discovered AG's windfall, it was the last straw for me and I sold my stake.
LIT certainly love a pump, and certainly look after themselves.
