I do recall the 'mention' , but after , Alan Griffin made his play for Johnson Matthey. ( AG couldn't stump up the cash and they were not interested in LIT shares. ) I don't think they were giving it away 'a la ' VSPC.
What would he have done with it . Not window dressing, to big for his window. (and pocket )
