If its peanuts, then why award themselves the freebies?
What is nothing to some, is a lot for others.
So the MD is on circa $500k when you include base + bonuses like these freebies.
The reality is, the company burned through $10.5M in the past half. Question is, is that really the time to be rewarding yourself with freebies? Only those that receive the freebies would say yes.
