Incentives for the board to meet targets is widely practiced, I'm sure the majority of the companies you've owned have had them, so i really can't understand your angst. I believe when those targets are met, it's well deserved. Bauk was overweight and I'm glad he gave himself a bonus. As everyone knows, projects were put on hold between 2017/19 because the price for lithium dropped out. Covid had effects on business, the board sacrificed wages and accepted shares as partial payments.
There's alot to look forward to with LIT and some big projects are coming to fruition. Envirostream ready and waiting to ramp it up. VSPC incoming Dfs. LieNA Pilot Plant in the works for end of year. Multiple Farm outs and rich investments. High Cash on hand. Low SOI. All ticks to me.
