Nobody but can it be done not any time soon.
Ever been on an iron ore mine site I have plenty of them and they are power hungry monsters the bigger better faster model is king . Seriously you have to be seen to be doing something to appear new age and green with the rampant new age crap being dished out. Money talks bullshit walks. AVL at least have proof there tech works and is deliverable to many applications its also scalable long life and will only be going to win more contracts in areas that still rely on diesel power generation and so much more.
