    My facts are correct, time and again I see MC quoted on HC that conveniently ignores large number of shares.

    From the quarterly:

    7.3 Ordinary securities 41,375,001

    7.7 Options 35,107,127 @ 20c

    Fully diluted shares are 76.5 million, market cap is $36.7 million at 48c.
