    As I expected Artisan is currently valued at the lower end according to the BDO Independent Experts Report based on a SP of $.85 to $.95. The ICT valuation appears to support the Board recommendation so why is the SP sitting at $.79? What are we missing here that supports the current SP? Welcome thoughts from those who have read the Report.
