Im not convinced that the company cant afford to pay the dividend, but understand the perception is bad- im willing to accept the company at face value that they need the extra funds for CC - perhaps they wanted to be ready for a Total Face Group part purchase or something - maybe they cherry pick the best stores! - Not sure on this.

But what a disaster the DRP underwriting has been.

BH were put in a privileged position - Sell Sell Sell until you get your fill at a 5% discount - probably also correctly predicting that the underwriting it self would be perceived negativity - Sell Sell Sell
im tipping an entity in the family pets name has about 5 million shares at an average sell price of $1.50 that needs settling up. Sell Sell Sell but do it slowly to not draw attention.

Management need to protect the share holders from this type of attack
