Yes of the $22m in the special divided only $3m was converted under the DRP for a total of 175m shares listed. Looks like all major shareholders have taken the cash. Given their Board roles it would appear without any announcements this cash will not be required to manage VTG strategic growth plans. On my calculations leaves around $23m cash in the business to continue the Artisan expansion plans.
