    Based on today's FY results, I would have to tamp down the value I would assign to Artisan/SHAW

    My "envelope" thinking today, with these latest numbers looks like this...


    Retail network, about to be sold to TLS :160-200M
    Net cash in bank: 31M
    77M franking credits balance: 20-38M
    Sprout accessories brand: 2M
    Artisean/SHAW: 20-30M
    SQDatheltica: 0M lol....


    Minus CGT on TLS sale: -10 to -20M

    Nets to 220M at low end, 280M at high end..
