    yeah NIMA is irrelevant......they had some time to build this and although I appreciate her point of organic growth and not buying businesses to lose money, but they really need to something because 21m in revenues from NIMA (which is barely EBITDA positive) is not going to support 4m in mgmt wages & bonus
