i was on the agm. interesting response by new ceo to the 5yr vision question. he said they will likely make some of their clinics bigger and consolidate first then add maybe 2 a year. this is on the basis that people only want to travel 30min to get to a clinic. as this does not sound like fast growth, they may become a takeover target given the nature of the current shareholders. that said Pinnacle seem to be happy to buy where others are selling so i would expect volatility to continue until feb22 1H22 results announcement and trading update once the high vaccination rate starts to settle the economy down.
