the earnings call was quite down beat with no questions from analysts or investors. seems they are hoping to hold on till they break even and hope the share price stabilizes. SLA seems like they have the scale so best maybe to merge and create some value from the current poor situation.
VTG seem to want to create a premium brand of skin care but i am not sure they have researched the market well. there may only be are few places in Australia that would support high end clinics with most of the market likely in middle in terms of price points.
