Excuse my ignorance please, what is SLA?

Finding info on Practice Management is not that easy but I gather the signature of Chris Wilks , the bidder on this document is the Chris Wilks director of Sonic Healthcare. An ABN search has this company known as IPN Practice Management up to 15th Dec. 22 which owns and runs 160+ IPN Medical Centres a division of Sonic Clinical Services which is the primary care division of Sonic Healthcare.

Sounds like a reasonable fit and deal even though VTG shareholders have done their dough over the last 6 years especially those who like me bought then. At least I got out at 32c after all the special divis.
