As TomasL89 said its a special dividend. you need to look back at the various annoumcnets since feb21 as it all relates to the capital generated from the sale of the ICT business to TLS and then the fact that shareholders pointed to the large amount of franking credits on the balance sheet. as to whether VTG will have the capaicty to continue to pay dividends that will depend on the company returning to profitability as during the 1HFY22 it was running at a loss. yes we can say COVID impact but we have yet to have a clean set of number for VTG with only the SHAW business and no ICT.
