The special dividend was coming but seems they have added some extra cash back on top of what they initially forecast on the basis they have now settled on a strategy of organic growth. the large overhead costs vs revenue still concerns me but they may be signalling to other industry players that the assets are for sale with their step back from growth by acquisitions.
