I would be a bit cautious in expecting any short term turnaround in CGC's share price. There are still a lot of young avocado trees to come into production and the downturn in the avocado price is likely only in the early stages. I warned about this last year when the share price was over $8 and was accused of standing outside the tent pissing in. Eventually it will turn around but the process is rather slow in a crop that takes five or six years to get to profitable production. You also need to realise there are a lot of family farmers who have had quite a few good years and don't have the lease costs or debts CGC have who will still be producing at these low prices.
