A big week for VTI and long-term holders, and overall I think it's been a great outcome. Some summary observations:

1. Strong support from the 2 main institutional investors. Thorney will end up with north of 44% of VTI, at an average price of about 0.65c.
2. All non-Exec Directors will have reasonable stakes in VTI, with over a million shares held by these individuals in total (add to about 1.4 Million held by the two main employees, Lane and Tuan) - so about 4% of VTI in total will be held by key individuals
3. No debt after conversion of notes
4. Results have matched the main competitor Misight in year 1 of the RCT, and are expected to exceed Misight performance in the next 12 months based on part real-world data.
5. RCT results should make an impact on ECP willingness to prescribe Naturalvue to customers

Gives me a lot of confidence to consider taking up a full allocation under the 5 for 9 issue, particularly with the new CEO in place.

Unsure if the cash will be enough - really depends on the kick from the RCT results I guess.
