mate I would be interested in the views of better chartists than me in this one, as you will see my charts are rubbish and basic

1) seems to me re the 440m we have had no problem churning through all the stag profit
- if you look at the on balance volume flow there was money exiting until about July from the placement. the last two months has been money flowing into VTI.
- And say the last 10 days we did close to 50m shares turned over alone, there have been multiple 10,15, 20m days of turnover so I’m not convinced there is any overhead holding us back now at all from this
- as per the ema line we have managed to hit and cross 200 days ema even with this ‘overhead’. We also know new parties are entering

2) re the 220m of options they need to be converted and that brings in over $6m of cash. I am more than happy to see them all converted to have the additional company funds and flexibility even if it takes a couple more months to work through another round of profit taking.
- the company will be in a better plan to execute growth, better funded with longer runway and zero CR risk (although I see very little in any case)

so whether either is a concern probably comes down to whether your strategy is to try and exit:

1) at 5/6c in a month or two
2) or 20/30c in 1-2 years,
3) or just to hold and see what they can do over longer term

I also noticed Nab has a Morningstar fair value currently at 6.1c (top right corner of graph)
