Commercial delivery will start 2024 and not 2026.
As per today's ANN:
"Vulcan’s target of first commercial production of lithium by 2024 remains unchanged."
The fact that most off takes has a starting date of 2026 only means that a portion of the production then has been booked. That doesn't mean that it won't start to deliver earlier - in this case starting at 2024 and increasing from there.
The last ANN regarding WV even outlines that they are open to buy more than what was stated in that document. That would probably include what is delivered before 2026 for instance.
