You can choose to focus on drill bits and purchase agreements for a mine and product that is not in production, let alone approved, or you can consider what are some quite glaring red flags about this company, before one even needs to consider the merits of the operation.
Like I said, this might work out and short sellers are often wrong, you're entitled to punt, because thats what this is...
