Good to see they are willing to place and replace people to suit the business needs, even Francis took a step back as ceo for someone more suited to the companies current position. Such a great way of doing things, this old rigid structure style of doing business makes no sense in a developing company, placing team members in lead roles during periods where there expertise take priority and having others happily step back when there expertise are no longer center stage is the sort of business culture investors dream of. No egos, just evolving and adapting to business needs. This team is incredible.
