The key issue I see with the philosophy ”if it’s good enough for Gina, it’s good enough for me” is that the investment decision is being based on someone else’s conviction, not your own. What happens if (albeit very unlikely) Gina does decide to sell down? It may be entirely unrelated to Vulcan’s performance or outlook, could be any number of reasons. By the time the market is notified, it has already happened. Seems a strange way to justify a position, but each to their own. Not a critique of you Viv, just a general comment. Cheers
