Wow that's the best news. IMO Despite the best news today, shorters would still manipulate sp against vulnerable traders to cover before they're burned badly (vulnerable traders are those who are using margin loan or bank fund to trade). After that sp would rise rapidly. After the storm, the blue sky would appear again.
