I don't see it as such a negative, it has been in place since October 2020 and required the VWAP over 20 days to hit a milestone and we collectively put it there. Further gains for MJ and Hess require performance. To offset this on a $100k holding would be what? $4k?

As for EXIM, I think it pre-dates the EXIM LOI announcement, so that's no factor.

I'm not entirely sure why Hess got loan shares, looking at the voting back then it was a close call for him, MJ makes more sense.

They get the most out of this if we get a win and hit some of the speculative price targets.
