As for EXIM, I think it pre-dates the EXIM LOI announcement, so that's no factor.

I'm not entirely sure why Hess got loan shares, looking at the voting back then it was a close call for him, MJ makes more sense.

They get the most out of this if we get a win and hit some of the speculative price targets.

Actually I am happy enough for the MD & D to buy the loan shares as it will add another $2,070,000 to the kitty. Better then having a CPR threw one of the brokers ! and rewards the MD&D .
