The F/S should factor in also what is about to happen to the battery space … with the use of sulphur and also the possibility of a lithiated version of graphene .. the form of carbon consisting of sheets 1 atom thick. Nissan are soon to unveil a lithium - sulphur battery which will double the Nissan LEAF electric vehicle range . Also it would be important to do latest state of the art lab testing in the USA on whether the graphite in SA can be used as the raw material for graphene production with sp2 + sp3 characterisation - testing and actual testing in the application space … e.g. antennas , sensors … the added value for this is worth factoring into any FS .. The Canadians are into this space in Ontario and Quebec .. with tie ups to the US and Singapore which is looking at being the Asian hub for graphene production … Singapore has strategic investment in Canada graphite production .
