I think the ausdrill fraud was just like the ABC stuff where people were generating false invoices which the company was getting paid but work was never rendered. They werent verifying the invoices were legit. All too common these days.
I personally dont think its relevant, Vysarn are buying hard assets, not payables for previous work.
