I am back again. Your own personal doubting Thomas.
First of all I would like to genuinely congratulate you all on the rise in the share price.
I hope that it continues on the same path.

I have said before and will say again that the concept is excellent.
However I will not be investing back in as I have so many doubts about it, which I have spelt out in other posts. It is a shame, because it could be brilliant if run professionally and with transparency.

I am not going to go through it all again now.

But once more, I feel uncomfortable about this latest investment and would perhaps like some to think about it rationally.

These are just my own thoughts.

$300k is a mimiscule amount of money imo, for a company which says it has all this business and offices etc etc worldwide. Why not more, I notice also that it was not underwritten.

If this investor wished to own shares in the company, why on earth would he not buy them in the market.
Why raise at a higher price?
None of this makes any sense to me whatsoever. I would be glad to hear others thoughts.

To be blunt, it feels like a ruse to push the SP up and it is working.
But please no more copy and paste of what Amos said.
