IMO, Petrochina is targeting to buy out CUE over the time. Maybe, MOG too. Their share prices are so low for companies who own 12tcf Artemis gas prospect. (CUE has Caterina too). So CUE's share prices may be hammered slowly and then you may receive a takeover bid. That's it.
It has happened to Arrow Energy now. Its share price was hammered down in last 4 months and now it is sold for $4.7 per share which is very cheap IMO. It is sold to Chiese with huge amount of reserves and 3 gas power station in QLD. Who bough it? 50% Petrochina. If Petrochina wouldn't want it, Shell wouldn't buy anything. It seems to me that Petrochina will buy Shells shares over the time.
Power is shifting from west to east my friends.
It seems that you all keep sleeping over there or some of you are Chinese. (we had this problem in LYC forums before.
