If you want to debate AOE, that's a different story, and you should do so on the AOE board. In fact Petrochina's mode of approaching AOE would appear quite out of character to what you are suggesting wrt CUE. Suggest you give some basis to separate your conspiracy story from the likes of Roswell.

It's a pity 8 months doesn't appear long enough for MEO to arrange a farmout in. How long do you think it will take for them to sign up directly with a rig operator?
