The fact it's a major eliminates one of the biggest fears held - that it would be a junior or smaller cap Farminee.
There is a fair bit of negative sentiment on this forum, and I understand why. However, having thought about it, there probably wasn't a lot of choice about not advising of delays. To explain why would be to have admitted very early on as to the stature of the farminee.
The hurdles towards a successful farm Out seem relatively minimal now. Once the dust settles, MEO will trade sideways for a time. However, with news of a major international on board, the minute successful farm out is confirmed, we now KNOW the s.p will jump, and in a big way!
