Shouldn't think so as the Ordivician prospective resource was identified by earlier assessments on the licence. Just why it has been omitted has not been advised so its a guess at the mo. The need for a 3d survey was suggested by Rex and agreed to by MEO as advised in an announcement regarding Rex's option take up as far as I recall. But the idea seems to make sense to me.
