Yes MD salary is in the high range however this team has generated wage offsetting income from our partners to the tune of $2M per year, and managed to get 50/50 in a serious project with Equinor, because we have technical expertise in this game. You have to pay for quality like that, unfortunately.
As for farmouts, it requires a 3rd party to participate with full funding, which means we work on their schedules. The last thing we should want is our company forcing a drill and stumping up $10m.. that’s just gambling and there’s plenty of other ASX codes for that.
