Something that bothers me more than his salary is his lack of shares and on-market buying. I met the guy and asked him about it and his excuse was that he almost never had a chance to buy due to blackout periods. Which is not only a retarded response, he must have assumed I was clueless to believe that too.

This is the only piece of the puzzle that doesn't make sense to me. If you are at the coalface, know what you are working on, understand the value, surely you could do worse than slinging some of your $1M salary on this???

But that's it though, everything else I likey.
