I have been thinking about this one for a while and was hoping some of you with more knowledge might have a better idea.
Once we have the funding What are the timelines, challenges and complications to get the WA facility up and running? I know we have an (older) timeline but hear me out first:

• Who is building the "production line"? Are we we in conversations with a specialist company?
• How long does it take to build, ship, setup, test, and finally run this? What are the complications ? Risks Mitigation? Do we need spare parts and if so how much does that cost? Is the timeline changing with Covid and importation etc being more complex?
• How many people do we need to hire for the WA facility and more so WHERE do they come from? Are we having those experts in the country? Are they coming from outside? If so is a Visa/Language/Covid related entry to AU a problem?
• Are there even enough experts around that have the knowledge and if so what are the salaries as I am sure this market is hot and everyone wants to hire the specialists > High salaries & Competitive market?
• Stupid one but has the AU government those skills listed for PR/Work Visas (should the come from other countries) and if not how long does it take to make a government allow them into the country.

You get the gist - Again I know we have a gant chart with a timeline but I am sure it did not include "Covid" as a risk as well as is probably outdated AND considering that this market is probably hotter than anything else when it comes to hiring. I mean EGR might pay $150.000 for an expert in field X. VW or so can come around and pay $500.000 just by using their pocket money.

it would be interesting to know if EGR has thought about those details and if so who in the current (leadership) team is responsible for it.
Anyway these are great problems to have cause it means IMO funding will come
