if breached is it breach of Judges contract as he sues? as fro others that did not in agree ? is that a NOW binding contract?
does it go to all agree to be judged & all so judges contract NOW = a greed?

Is it that as Judge contract? =may be NOT & = as a judgement but as in ORDERS = and breach is breaching orders = as breach * contempt of court??? So who judges whether in future parties are abiding to the orders or contract? Judge on board? as lines all ways crossed?
Whom as crossing Judges favorite? & one with $$$ and wigs back para-citing with courts a gain to get their way?
