Orders due in today for his honour. I guess Van have ten days to consider the plaintiffs demands. If there’s no agreement it’s back to his honour to set the orders in rock, I guess mid Jan for closure and then there is no come back if the defendant defaults, the plaintiff can take his grievance straight to the courts for settlement. It’s a very dicey time for Van particularly with the second case underway. Have you spoken to the chairman since the deliberations kori?
